Yes. All 19 tools on this page are free to use with no trial period, no credit card, and no usage limit. BidStride offers a paid subscription for daily opportunity alerts and personalized bid tracking, but all the reference tools, calculators, and generators on this page are permanently free.
BidStride's NAICS code database is based on the 2022 NAICS revision, which is the current standard used by the SBA and federal agencies. The top agencies and typical contract ranges shown per code are compiled from SAM.gov award data. NAICS boundaries shift slightly with each revision — always verify your primary code matches your current SAM.gov registration before bidding.
Not at this time. The tools are available at bidstride.com for anyone to use for free, but they are not available as embeddable widgets. If you want to link to a specific tool from your site or outreach materials, direct links to any of the 19 tool pages work fine and always will.
For contractors just starting out, the recommended order is: (1) NAICS Code Finder to identify the right codes for your company, (2) Set-Aside Eligibility Checker to see which certification programs you qualify for, (3) SAM.gov Registration Wizard to complete your SAM registration without errors, (4) Capability Statement Generator to have a document ready when agencies ask, and (5) Federal Contract Search to start finding real open opportunities. These five cover the foundation — registration, classification, certifications, and your first bid.
BidStride provides government contract discovery tools — not legal or procurement advice. Data compiled by the BidStride Research Team, April 2026. Always verify program requirements at SAM.gov and SBA.gov before submitting proposals.
